Tanya Singh
Tanya Singh is an interdisciplinary artist, working across new writing, performance and moving image. In addition to her projects with Paper Tiger, her previous work has been shown at the Burton-Taylor Theatre, Old Fire Station, Oxford Playhouse, ICA, East End Film Festival, Channel 4 (Stranger, a 3-Minute Wonder), V&A Museum, Laban, Southwark Playhouse and Soho Theatre. She has worked in film production (IMDB) and artists moving image exhibition, and most recently was a long-term filmmaker-in-residence at Mulberry School for Girls and an Associate Artist with Tamasha Theatre Company. Alongside her current theatre-based projects, Echo and Taranis, she is developing a feature-length screenplay adaptation of Rana Dasgupta’s short story ‘The Memory Editor’ () and a short film called Thomas.
