Paper Tiger is currently busy working on solo projects.
Afsaneh's play Octopus, about Britishness and whether anybody knows what it is (clue: probably not), is off to the Edinburgh Fringe. She's also developing a new play for the Unicorn Theatre about a hunter who falls in love with a deer, and working with Theatre503 on the story of a South African colonial priest who learned some dangerous theological lessons from his Zulu language teacher.
Omar is writing a second short film, Gangsta. No Concept and developing his Bush Theatre residency play For Queen & Country, a black comedy about British identity in these dark times of global securitocracy.
Tanya has been researching early psychiatric photography, the art of kushti (Indian mud wrestling), methods of crowd control, and the documentaries of Anand Patwardhan.
