A site-responsive slant on invisible theatre, taking audiences backstage from the Middle East galleries into the Henry Cole Staircase, a private wing of the V&A usually inaccessible to the public. When a priceless painting is stolen from the museum's Iranian collection, suspicion, mistrust and alarm envelop the building. Rumours abound. The thief is wily, cunning. The thief can blend in. Who is the thief?
